* April 26 and 27, 8 p.m.: Premiere performance of a symphonic/choral work by Elliot Goldenthal reflecting the human experience of the Vietnam War, in observance of the 20th anniversary of its end; commissioned by Pacific Symphony, which will perform the piece with the Pacific Chorale and soloists and children from the local Vietnamese community.
