Cooking Up a Day of Pleasure

I am always cooking something. From early morning rich coffee to our late evening dessert, I love to play with making food. A meal is bringing dishes together that will taste good, look great and keep us healthy. My small garden and the few fruit trees give me the freshest salad makings. Pungent herbs are mine in the time it takes to get scissors, kick off my shoes and walk outside. Dishes compose themselves from whatever is on hand.
