An outlet mall on the old Unocal property on 22nd Street in San Pedro, redevelopment of Ports o' Call and an extension of Cabrillo Marina are among development proposals that will be presented to harbor commissioners Friday.

The 18-member Futures Commercial Task Force has studied commercial and retail options for the port and nearby communities.

The task force recommendations will go to the harbor board at its regular meeting at 425 S. Palos Verdes St., San Pedro, at 10 a.m.
