VANCOUVER — Forward J.F. Jomphe made his stint on a line with Valeri Karpov and Denny Lambert count with a goal and two assists in the Mighty Ducks' 4-3 exhibition loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday night.

Lambert put the Ducks up, 3-2, with a power-play goal at 3:28 of the third. Jomphe, who won a contract after a tryout in 1993, scored and helped set up Karpov's goal.
