Access HealthNet Inc., a Westlake Village provider of communications systems for the health care industry, has completed a $1.9-million private placement of its common stock and has also acquired marketing rights to a British company's networking products.
Access said its stock was purchased by an investment concern, Ben Bush Investment Management Inc.
Steven E. Levy, chairman and chief executive of Access, said his company purchased the marketing rights to ClipAccessories, a networking product line developed by London-based Quadratron Systems Ltd., for an undisclosed price.
