Interactive: DreamWorks SKG, MCA Inc. and Sega Enterprises said they are forming a joint venture to develop entertainment centers featuring video arcade games, motion simulators, concession stands and other high-tech entertainment. DreamWorks partner Steven Spielberg is expected to be part of the creative effort, with DreamWorks participating through its interactive joint venture with Microsoft Corp. MCA Executive Vice President Skip Paul will head the entertainment center project. Sega currently operates a number of entertainment centers in Japan. The company also developed one at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas and is planning another in Seattle.

* TV: Affinity Teleproductions reached an agreement to buy Sid & Marty Krofft Pictures in a $15-million cash and stock deal. The Kroffts were behind the television show "Land of the Lost," now being developed into a feature film for Walt Disney Pictures. Affinity is a television producer whose shows include the "Edenquest" series.
