Kendra Segura of Dorsey has already established herself as the top girls' tennis player in the City Section. The 16-year-old junior is 39-1 in high school competition, 9-0 this season. She won the city title as a freshman and was runner-up last year. Segura has a 3.0 grade-point average and begins age-group competition later this month at a tournament in Inglewood.
