The Dallas Cowboys signed free-agent defensive back Robert Bailey and released linebacker Reggie Barnes.

Bailey, a former Ram, was released earlier this week by the Washington Redskins.

The New York Giants will play football at the Meadowlands in East Rutherford, N.J., for the next 30 years, and get a 33% break on their rent, under a new lease agreement.

The Giants, who now pay 15% of gross ticket revenues in rent, also got a slight increase in their share of parking revenues, the team said. The deal extends the Giants' current lease for 10 years until 2026.
