November 04, 1995|KAY HWANGBO

Several city zoning hearings covering issues ranging from a proposed cellular phone antenna to a proposed liquor permit will be held this month at the Sherman Oaks Woman's Club, 4808 Kester Ave. in Sherman Oaks.

Zoning officials will consider requests for the following:

* A conditional-use permit to sell beer and wine from a proposed mini-mart that would be built at a gas station at the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Whitsett Avenue in Studio City. Under the proposed permit, beer and wine would be sold from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. The hearing will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 20.

* A conditional-use permit to build a cellular telephone antenna on Shirley Avenue north of Parthenia Street in Northridge. The antenna complex would include six panel antennas and two equipment cabinets. At 1 p.m. Nov. 13.

* A conditional-use permit to change a temporary cellular telephone antenna into a permanent facility, near the intersection of the Simi Valley Freeway and Iverson Road in Chatsworth. At 1:30 p.m. Nov. 13.

* A zoning variance to permit the establishment of a bakery with 10 parking spaces instead of the required 22 spaces, at the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Donna Avenue in Tarzana. Another variance is sought to permit the bakery to provide parking in a nearby area zoned for residential development. At 1:30 p.m. Monday.
