LAGUNA BEACH--Not an area usually known for its snow, Laguna Beach will have plenty of the cold, white stuff at the fifth annual Winter Fantasy, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. today, Nov. 24-26 and Dec. 1-3. MONTEREY--Arts, crafts, music and more await at the 1995 Monterey Holiday Gift Faire, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 24-26. The benefit for the Monterey Bay TheatreFest is at the historic Custom House Plaza, between Fisherman's Wharf and the Doubletree Mall on the waterfront. Free. (408) 622-0700.
