LOS ALAMITOS — Crush Innovative Sports Systems Inc. said Thursday that Richard Hall will become president and chief executive after Crush completes its acquisition of Galena Creek Trading Co., a ski apparel company headed by Hall.
Crush's current president and CEO, Richard Perkins, would become chairman and concentrate on product development and manufacturing.
Crush announced earlier this week that it plans to acquire Galena Creek, which is based in Sparks, Nev., for cash and stock totaling $2.5 million.
