The Forecast Group of Rancho Cucamonga was inadvertently omitted from the survey. Forecast reported sales of 940 single-family homes and 65 apartments for a sales volume of $130.6 million, ranking it No. 13 in the survey.

Builder survey--Greystone Homes Inc. of Los Angeles erroneously reported sales for its entire California operation, instead of Southern California, in The Times' 1995 survey of residential building, published March 11 in Real Estate. The company built 672 single-family homes in the Southland, with 80 left unsold at year end, for a sales volume of $162.3 million. Using the correct results, the company ranked No. 8, rather than No. 2.
