I suppose if Pillsbury is paying $1 million dollars for a recipe, it has the perogative of modifying it ("In the Service of the Doughboy," March 7). I am sure [grand prize winner] Kurt Wait is not going to refuse the money. Who would? But it is my opinion that Pillsbury should print the recipe as it is supposed to be, then make its suggestions about changes it feels are improvements. Not all of us are health nuts. If I want to overindulge, it's jolly well my business!
