. . . Anaheim Planning Commission members were criticized for getting free annual passes to Disneyland.

City Council members, who had surrendered their passes years before, expressed surprise when the seven planning commissioners had to declare themselves ineligible to vote on a proposed hotel near Disneyland because of potential conflict of interest.
