Wynalda Scores Two for Clash

Eric Wynalda, back in the lineup after sitting out 1 1/2 games because of a separated shoulder, scored twice Wednesday night as the host San Jose Clash upended the Kansas City Wiz, 2-1.

Yari Allnut had the lone goal for Kansas City (4-6), which was playing without Frank Klopas (injured) and Digital Takawira, with the Zimbabwe national team for a World Cup qualifying match.

The Clash is 4-5.

Colorado 2, Dallas 0--Chris Henderson scored in the 24th minute and Jean Harbor provided insurance in the 87th, leading the Rapids at Denver. Goalkeeper Dusty Hudcock made only one save in recording the shutout for Colorado (4-5). The Burn fell to 4-4-2.
