Willie Nelson's "Spirit" debuts at No. 10 on the local country chart and No. 20 on the national country chart. Metallica, all set to headline the Lollapalooza tour this summer, tops the album charts for the second week in a row. The group's "Load" is No. 1 on The Times Southern California chart and the national chart. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's "Tha Crossroads" sits atop the national and local singles charts for the seventh consecutive week.
