In a final featuring two teams headed for the Olympics, top-seeded Holly McPeak and Nancy Reno defeated second-seeded Barbara Fontana Harris and Linda Hanley, 15-11, to win the Evian Women's Pro Beach Volleyball Tour event in Chicago.

McPeak and Reno rallied from a 9-4 deficit to defeat Karolyn Kirby and Angela Rock, 15-11, in a semifinal match.

Fontana Harris and Hanley shared $11,400 for finishing second.
