TIE ONE ON

Maritime: International semaphore tie that spells "SEXY," $20. Reagan Library: Presidential seal on burgundy tie with navy stripe, $34.50. Nixon Library: Eagle crest on burgundy tie with gold stripe, $38.50.

Nixon Library: 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. (According to a museum spokesperson, Clinton administration staffers have placed "several orders" from the library's annual catalog.)
