GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AWARDS

* Sy Technology Inc. of Van Nuys won a $32.5-million contract from the Army Space Command in Colorado Springs for space and missile defense initiatives support.

* The Guidance and Control Systems Division of Litton Systems Inc. in Woodland Hills won an $8.7-million contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for transponder test sets, and a $286,872 contract for test set subassemblies.

* Intertex General Contractors Inc. of Valencia won a $632,000 contract from the Naval Air Weapons Station in Point Mugu for property repairs and alterations.

* Tri-Build Development Corp. in Santa Monica has been awarded a $629,991 contract from the county of Ventura to restore a 1,566-foot strip on a concrete riprap bank in Moorpark. Work is scheduled to begin Sept. 3 on the north bank of the Arroyo Las Posas, about one mile west of the Hitch Boulevard crossing. Traffic is not expected to be affected by the project, which is scheduled to be completed in January.

* Space-Lok Inc. of Burbank won a $519,377 contract from the Army in St. Louis for self-locking bolts.

* Semco Instruments Inc. of Valencia won a $339,282 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for thermocouple harness assemblies for M1 tanks.

* The Senior Flexonics Inc. Stainless Steel Products Division in Burbank won a $276,606 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for air duct assemblies.

* Semco Instruments Inc. of Valencia won a $200,364 contract from the Army Aviation and Troop Command in St. Louis for heating thermocouples.

* C. K. Technologies Inc. of Newbury Park won a $176,800 contract from the Director of Contracting in Chambersburg, Pa., for a wire analyzer system.

* Lambda Signatics Inc. of Chatsworth won a $137,200 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for reservoir controls.

* PSI Bearing of Simi Valley won a $126,000 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for support rod assemblies.

* The Whittaker Controls Division in North Hollywood won a $107,464 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valve parts kits.

* Kaiser Marquardt of Van Nuys won a $100,000 contract from the Johnson Space Center in Houston for technical support services.
