The twin brother of a Marina del Rey man charged with using the "date rape" drug Rohypnol to rape at least one woman was charged Friday with four felonies stemming from an alleged separate attack.
Stefan Julian Spitzer, 39, also of Marina del Rey, was arrested Thursday. He was charged with one count each of penetration by a foreign object by drugging, attempted oral copulation while the victim was drugged, rape by drugging and sodomy by drugging, said Deputy Dist. Atty. Mary Hanlon.
His twin brother, George "Gino" Spitzer, was arrested Aug. 7 after authorities seized about 20 videotapes in Marina del Rey apartment which allegedly showed him having sex with 12 unidentified women.
George Spitzer pleaded innocent to three counts of rape by use of drugs, one count of kidnapping for the purpose of rape and one count of robbery.
