Kansas City's Marcus Allen got his 106th career rushing touchdown, tying Jim Brown for second in NFL history.

--Since George Seifert became head coach in 1989, the San Francisco 49ers have scored the most points (3,115) and given up the fewest (1,827) for a league-best 1,288 point differential. The top five:

1. San Francisco 49ers: 1,288

2. Buffalo Bills: 573

3. Kansas City Chiefs: 490

4. Dallas Cowboys: 412

--Tampa Bay quarterback Trent Dilfer began the day as the NFC's second-lowest rated passer with a 31.4 rating. In the fourth quarter Sunday, he completed two of six passes for 12 yards and one interception, making his rating in the fourth quarter this season a nifty zero.

--If the Dallas Cowboys defend their Super Bowl title this season, they will be the first team to start the season 1-3 and win the championship.
