Wynn's International Inc., the automotive chemicals and sealing products company headquartered in Orange, said it has acquired the automotive plastics business of Lawson Mardon Wheaton Inc., in Springfield, Ky. Terms weren't disclosed.

Lawson Mardon Wheaton, which has $14 million a year in sales, makes plastic seals sold directly to auto makers and to major suppliers of automobile components. James Carroll, Wynn's president and chief executive officer, said the acquisition will augment his company's existing plastic seals business.
