* Stadium Plaza Tower, near Anaheim Stadium, has signed San Diego-based digital communications company NextWave Telecom Inc. to a 10-year lease for 71,000 square feet of space for a new regional office. The lease is valued at $15 million. Commercial brokerage Julian J. Studley Inc.'s Los Angeles office represented NextWave.

* Brokers at Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office completed five major sales in August with an aggregate value of $12.5 million. The sales involved properties in Anaheim, Buena Park, Fullerton and Yorba Linda.
