Linebacker Rob Fredrickson, who had never missed a game in 2 1/2 seasons with the Raiders, will be sidelined the rest of the season after rotator cuff surgery.

Fredrickson, fourth on the team with 47 tackles, injured his right shoulder in a 20-17 overtime loss Sunday at Tampa Bay.

The San Diego Chargers say they haven't decided whether running back Aaron Hayden will be inactive again when they play host to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

The Chargers deactivated Hayden for Monday night's 27-21 victory over Detroit to give rookie Freddie Bradley more playing time.
