Dante Clay of North Hollywood and Derrell Daniels of Sylmar received top distinction in the Valley Pac-8 Conference. Clay, a 5-foot-10 senior who rushed for 2,232 yards, was named most valuable offensive player and Daniels, a 6-1 senior linebacker, was named most valuable defensive player.
