The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has once again proven its useful role by issuing a report calling on President Slobodan Milosevic to honor the November elections in Serbia ("Mediators Side With Opposition in Serbia," Dec. 28).
Given the all-inclusive nature of the OSCE, would it not be better for a peaceful future to strengthen OSCE and scrap NATO?
