Cinema Ride Inc., a Studio City maker of theater attractions, said it has signed an agreement with Finova Technology Finance Inc. in which Finova will provide gross proceeds of $1.57 million in equipment-lease financing to Cinema Ride.
Cinema Ride also raised $500,000 by converting debt to equity.
The new financing will help Cinema Ride develop motion-simulator rides.
