Joaquin Quesada has been appointed general manager for Aramark Sports & Entertainment Services at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Quesada, 33, had been operations manager for Aramark, the convention center's concessionaire, since 1993 and was responsible for converting the public foods area into a food court.

In his new post, Quesada will directly supervise the convention center's food operations and oversee a staff of 350.
