"When it gets warm outside, the kind of wine that is absolutely marvelous is a dry, cold rose. In the South of France, they make it from Grenache; in Spain they make it from the same grape, only they call it Garnacha. I love those things. And I think people are ready for them; they're getting past those old sweet gallon jugs that gave rose a bad name."
