LG & E Unit and New Energy Form Pact

New Energy Ventures Inc. and LG&E Energy Marketing, a unit of Louisville-based LG&E Energy Corp., formed an agreement for LG&E Energy Marketing to coordinate New Energy Ventures' energy supplies and client billing, information and scheduling services. The companies said LG&E Energy Marketing will manage New Energy Ventures' operational requirements from regional offices and from its energy trading centers in Louisville, Ky., and Dallas. New Energy is a privately held Los Angeles company that provides business consumers with energy-buying and management services.
