King update--Coach Larry Robinson has turned to youth on this four-game trip by giving ice time to players such as Nathan LaFayette and Steve McKenna. Goalie Jean-Claude Bergeron, recalled from the minors last week, started his first game in the Kings' loss to the Penguins on Saturday. Byron Dafoe is expected to start in goal today.

Devil update--Since acquiring Doug Gilmour from Toronto, the Devils have been one of the league's hottest teams. Now they have more offense to go with a solid defense, and Martin Brodeur has the best goals-against average in the NHL.
