In honor of National Crime Victims' Rights Week, Community Services Programs will host a special awards banquet and luncheon today in Orange.
Community Services, a nonprofit organization, works with crime victims, witnesses and their families through its Victims Assistance Program.
Since 1984, it has given three awards--one each to the court system, law enforcement and a member of the Orange County anti-crime community--for helping others cope with violence.
