THOUSAND OAKS | West Ventura County Focus

Prospective first-time homeowners can learn about home financing at a special course today.

Many Mansions, an affordable-housing group, and representatives of Pacific Partners Mortgage Corp. will provide a step-by-step course on home buying at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

The course, which will discuss special loan programs available to first-time homeowners, runs from 9 a.m to noon. The Civic Arts Plaza is located at 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
