Mountain View-based Sun Microsystems Inc. said it will sell advanced data-security software created by Elvis+ Co., a company created by former Soviet Union scientists. . . . Redwood Shores-based Oracle Corp. said its Network Computer Inc. unit will acquire Navio Communications Inc., which is owned by San Jose-based Netscape Communications Corp. and other investors.
