Grilled oysters, clams or mussels are a wonderful prelude to steaks and chops on a grill. The process as described by "License to Grill" co-author Chris Schlesinger, is simple. Just throw the shellfish right on the grill. pull them off as they open--from 4 to 10 minutes depending on size--and throw them into a pan of herb-and-garlic-flavored melted butter, Delicious.
