Netscape Communications Corp. of Mountain View and Concentric Network Corp. of Cupertino said they will develop private computer networks that can be accessed through the Internet. The new service, called the Netscape Virtual Office by Concentric, is scheduled to debut in August and will be targeted at small businesses. Details of the agreement weren't disclosed. . . . Los Angeles-based Panavision Inc. said it has acquired Louma L.A., a provider of cranes and remote camera heads for filmmaking, for an undisclosed amount. . . . Mountain High Ski Area, a 600-acre resort in Wrightwood, has been purchased by Mountain High Resort Properties Inc., which is managed by Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management, for an undisclosed amount. . . .
