Cy Warner, 71, owner of jazz-era music clubs in Hollywood. Warner moved to Hollywood as a teenager and studied at Los Angeles City College and UCLA. He founded and operated such clubs as Excusez-Moi in West Hollywood, where customers sat on the floor and listened to such jazz singers as Betty Bennett accompanied by Andre Previn on piano, and Warner's favorite singing group, the Skylarks. Warner was a founder of the Valley Music Theatre in Woodland Hills, one of Southern California's first theaters in the round. He also owned and operated the Warner Playhouse on La Cienega Boulevard. On Tuesday in Tampa, Fla.
