"ER's" Anthony Edwards, the cast of CBS' "The Promised Land" and storybook characters including Peter Pan, Babar, Curious George and Little Red Riding Hood will participate in "Read Me a Story," a pro-literacy holiday celebration Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. in Beverly Hills.
The event will be held in the 200 block of Rodeo Drive, which will be closed to cars. Events include celebrity story readings, a musical show, caroling and a silent auction of Rodeo Drive merchandise.
