Get Crackin'

When only claws and slaw will do, you can have your crab and eat it too.

Joe's Stone Crab restaurant, one of Miami Beach's most renowned eating establishments, will ship its wares direct to you overnight.

The stone crab--a delicacy of South Florida--along with Joe's world-famous sauce, slaw and Key lime pie could be a hit at your next holiday party or function.

Order by telephone or fax by 3 p.m., and the crabs and fixin's will be at your door via FedEx before noon the next day. All packages include Joe's signature cracking board, mallet and cocktail forks.

Saturday delivery is also available.

For more information or to order, call (800) 780-2722.

In the Bag

Atlantic Luggage has taken the ho-hum out of your bag with its latest line, Kiva Tour.

The collection is functional and colorful, with bold shades of red, yellow, teal, plum and blue. For those who prefer a more subtle carry-on, the line also includes khaki and black.

The line includes a gym and travel personal organizer (about $50) and a wheeled duffel ($180, 28 inches).

The most practical bag is the 22-inch convertible carry-on ($90), which can be carried like a regular case or worn as a backpack--freeing your hands to hold other items.

The bag, made of ripstop nylon, has a large zippered pocket on the front and see-through mesh interior pockets.

The Kiva Tour collection is available throughout the county in specialty and department stores.
