Dale Surowitz has been appointed chief executive officer of the Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, hospital officials announced.
Surowitz, who holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in public administration from USC, replaces Arnold Schaeffer, who left to take a position at Glendale Memorial Hospital.
