ANAHEIM — Alliance Imaging Inc. has agreed to buy Medical Consultants Imaging Co. Terms of the all-cash transaction weren't disclosed.
The acquisition will include Medical Consultants Imaging's one-half interest in an operating joint venture in Michigan.
Alliance Imaging provides diagnostic imaging services to hospitals and other health care providers.
