Todd Duddridge, TE/LB, 6-2, 175, So.; Ryan Ferryman, C/LB, 6-2, 215, Sr.; Alberto Landeros, OL, 5-11, 230, Jr.; Josh Mendez, OL, 5-10, 225, Jr.; Ricky Martin, QB/WR, 6-0, 175, Jr.; Rovin Sou, DB/RB, 5-9, 160, Jr.; Trevor Stiles, OL, 6-1, 205, Sr.; David Weir, LB/WR, 5-11, 165, So.

With an added passing game, inexperience and predictability are no longer problems. Costa Mesa's defensive line and secondary returns intact. The defensive front should be stronger than last season's with Rudesill, who broke his leg in the fifth game, returning to action. The secondary is led by Lievanos, a first-team all-league player. Ives, McBride and Via return to block for all-league running backs Hamade and Herzog. Junior Gerald Norman and sophomore Jimmy Herzog gained more than 1,000 yards on the junior varsity and freshman teams, respectively.
