Wine-growing techniques, the effects of soil and climate conditions on wine flavor and a discussion of sensory evaluation are all part of the "Intermediate Wine-Tasting Skills" class at the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Center. The class is being offered Monday and again Tuesday. All wines being tasted are from the Robert Mondavi family of wineries.
