* Westfield Hydraulics Inc. of Pacoima won a $99,601 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valves.

* Talley Corp. of Oxnard won a $90,456 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for motor assemblies.

* Senior Flexonics Inc. of Burbank won a $90,345 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for air-duct assemblies.

* Whittaker Corp. of North Hollywood won a $74,128 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for valves, and a $29,340 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories.

* Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. of North Hollywood won a $72,240 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for gear drives.

* Llamas Plastics Inc. of Sylmar won a $71,625 contract from Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for windshield panels.

* Allied Logistics Inc. of Ventura won a $70,365 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine accessories, and a $37,928 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for engine fuel tanks.

* Electrofilm Manufacturing Co. in Valencia won a $68,666 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for aircraft components and accessories.

* Sierra Tech of Oxnard won a $68,200 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for engines, turbines and components.

* PTI Technologies Inc. in Newbury Park won a $50,859 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for fluid filter elements; a $39,897 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for aircraft components and accessories and a $37,375 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for filter elements.

* Hydromach Inc. of Canoga Park won a $42,931 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for engines, turbines and components, and a $32,038 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components and accessories.

* Cliffdale Manufacturing Co. in Chatsworth won a $40,050 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for hardware and abrasives.

* Crane Co. in Burbank won two contracts from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, one of $36,654 for valves and one of $31,032 for fluid filters.

* Avibank Manufacturing Inc. of Burbank won a $35,879 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for cable assembly and cartridge retainer assembly for weapons.

* International Precision Inc. of Chatsworth won two contracts for aircraft components and accessories from Hill Air Force Base in Utah, one of $31,957 and one of $29,784.

* Pacific Aerospace Manufacturing in Newbury Park won a $30,686 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for mortar dual cartridge disconnect assemblies.

* Silco Engineering & Manufacturing Co. in Chatsworth won a $30,100 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for bearings.
