Wal-Mart Plans: Wal-Mart is coming to the big city next year. Well, Panorama City. And it won't be a garden variety Wal-Mart either. Our Wal-Mart, says Randy Steinberg of the Mayor's L. A. Business Team, will be the first in Los Angeles, not to mention the largest, tallest one yet. Which is not very tall. The others are one-story.
