Hydraulics International Inc. of Chatsworth won a $1.3-million contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for centralized aircraft support systems.

* Sierracin-Sylmar Corp. of Sylmar won a $578,189 contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for windshields.

* A contract for $127,801 was awarded to Oilfield Electric Co. in Ventura by the Ventura County Public Works Agency to replace the emergency generator at Oxnard Airport. The project includes installation of a diesel fuel tank.

* Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. of North Hollywood was awarded a $73,640 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for engine accessories and a $27,452 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for fuel boost pumps.

* Mason Electric Co. in San Fernando, a subsidiary of Esterline Technologies Corp., won a $61,020 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for engine throttles.

* Custom Control Sensors Inc. of Chatsworth won a $59,262 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for pressure switches.

* Whittaker Corp. of North Hollywood won a $47,040 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for electrical solenoids.

* Talley Corp. of Oxnard won a $40,189 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for brake disks.

* Senior Flexonics Inc. of Burbank won a $32,500 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for aircraft and airframe structural components.

* International Precision Inc. of Chatsworth was awarded a $28,842 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for mechanical power transmission equipment.

* Advanced Metal Products in Newbury Park won a $27,450 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for aircraft components and accessories.
