TrinityCare Hospice, 16461 Sherman Way, Suite 150, Van Nuys, needs volunteers to provide a variety of comforting, supportive and practical services to terminally ill patients and their families. Burbank's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is seeking volunteers 55 and older to become involved in the Citizens Patrol Program. Volunteers are required to donate 10 hours a week to the program and must attend a 30-hour training academy. Duties include vacation house checks, parking enforcement and Neighborhood Watch.
