The city would spend nearly $18 million on roads, bridges, computers and parks in the next fiscal year if the City Council approves the proposed capital improvements budget this spring.
Council members and planning commissioners received the annual document this week for a preliminary review. City officials propose to spend more than $91 million on improvements in the next seven years.
