Join Bryan Babcock of Babcock Vineyards and chef Hideyo Mitsuno of Restaurant 2117 for the first dinner in a special Food and Wine Artisan Series. The menu of lobster-flavored polenta ravioli, broiled sea bass, duck breast and strawberry sorbet in a filo crust with raspberry sauce is paired with the 1997 Babcock Pinot Gris, 1996 Babcock Mt. Carmel Chardonnay, 1996 Estate Pinot Noir and a 1997 Estate Pinot Noir barrel sample.
