EL PASO — A teacher was charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at a park, police said.
Police wouldn't give details of the encounter or comment on whether it was consensual. Investigators said they didn't know yet whether more than one encounter occurred or whether other children might also have been assaulted.
